Practical technical training is performed on LAUDA equipment, whose manufacture requires specialized skills and abilities. Whoever is successful in this phase, has the best chances for acceptance at the conclusion of their training!

Industrial Management Assistant (m/f)
Within the firm, industrial management assistants are responsible for merchandizing-commercial aspects such as purchasing, task preparation, financing, controlling, personnel, sales (Germany, Europe, overseas), marketing and order processing. Assistants are in charge of all office work which arises, for example, they compare bids in material management, negotiate with suppliers with regard to procured items, and support goods acceptance and storage. With regard to production management, they plan, control and monitor the creation of goods or services. They are responsible for the preparation of all paperwork which accompanies orders, the generation of calculations and price lists. In sales, the preparation of bids to customers falls under their care. In marketing, they prepare targeted marketing strategies. In the area of finance, they are responsible for processing, posting and monitoring the tasks arising from business operations. In the personnel area, they determine personnel requirements, assist during personnel hiring or selection and plan subsequent personnel employment.

Dual system / 3 years
Examinations:
Intermediate examination (Second year of training)
Final examination (Third year of training)
Training school:
in Tauberbischofsheim; 1.5 days / week
Prerequisites:
Secondary level school certificate or equivalent graduation level with good German, English and mathematics capabilities; no PC or telephone communications shyness; an interest in business management; good social skills, team capable
